This is the 4th year I have been employed at TriStar Title and Escrow, LLC as a Title Processor. I am responsible for efficiently and accurately processing real estate documents. This involves verifying information, and ensuring all legal requirements are met before the title to the property can be transferred. 

I thoroughly examine and verify all documents related to a property title, including deeds, mortgages, title searches and liens.

I attend Underwriting Seminars every year to stay updated on laws and changes. Our Software is continually updated as laws change.

When typing Title Commitments, I maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.
